The Guessery collects only what a pool needs to work: the details a host enters when setting one up (names, due date, story, payment handles, an optional cover photo) and the guesses and messages guests choose to submit. There are no accounts, no trackers, and no advertising.
Pool data lives in Cloudflare's infrastructure and is visible only to people who have the pool's link (and passcode, if one is set). Keepsake messages are visible only to the host until results are revealed. If a guest shares an email address, it's used only to send that pool's results — never marketing, never shared. Payment for the pool's pot happens directly between guests and the host through their chosen payment app — money and payment details never touch The Guessery. Plus upgrades are processed by Stripe; we never see card numbers.
Hosts can remove any entry, the cover photo, or ask us to delete an entire pool. To reach us: [email protected].
