The Guessery is a game and keepsake for families expecting a baby. It's provided as-is, with love but without warranties. Hosts are responsible for the content of their pools and for keeping their host link private — it's the only way to manage a pool and we can't recover it.
The Guessery never handles pool money. Any buy-in is an arrangement between the host and their guests, settled directly through the payment apps the host lists. Hosts are responsible for following the laws that apply to them. The one-time Plus upgrade is a software purchase processed by Stripe. Not happy with Plus? Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it, no questions asked. Our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us.
Don't use The Guessery for anything unlawful or unkind. We may remove pools that abuse the service. Questions: [email protected].
